I hope you are looking forward to next season. Below you will see three (3) forms. Two of the forms you should be familiar with.

The third form will be on the reverse of the Players Registration Form and is for you to put your fixture dates in. These two (2) forms which will be on one card to be sent to Bob Wigginton by the 1st of May or seven (7) days before your first fixture. See Section 11 in the Constitution that will be sent to all clubs. There will also be a new up to date version on this website.
